I trained as a proofreader with the Publishing Training Centre and am now a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.
Before starting my proofreading business, I spent 18 years as a chartered surveyor working for a number of national and international property consultancies. In recent years my work was focused on managing, writing, editing and proofreading bids for public sector property-related contracts.
I appreciate the need for attention to detail, a thorough understanding of client requirements and delivery of high quality outputs within strict deadlines. I have a professional approach to each and every job.
